            <p id="isPasted"><strong><u>About the role</u></strong></p><p id="isPasted">We are looking to appoint an&nbsp;experienced and enthusiastic&nbsp;Variable Hours Art Technician to join our team in&nbsp;The Art and Design department.</p><p>Supporting all areas of our busy department, assisting the Art Technician Team Leader as part of the expressive arts technical support team.</p><p>The visual art department, known as the Richmond Art School, has contemporary, purpose-built art and design facilities, and provides a wide range of qualification and non-accredited courses from beginner to advanced level. These include Ceramics, Painting, Jewellery, Sculpture, Glass, Woodwork, Print, Fashion and more!</p><p>Reporting to the Art Technician Team Leader, you will actively organise a high-quality, responsive service which enables learners to explore the arts and meet their life and work goals. &nbsp;Alongside helping with sales activities in our Gallery shop and materials sales in the Art Shop.</p><p>The individual will have experience and knowledge of specialist technical and maintenance support for curriculum delivery.</p><p>Duties will be carried out with due regard for Health and Safety, COSHH and Risk Assessment policies and procedures.</p><p><u>About You</u></p><ul><li>Team Player&nbsp;</li><li>Friendly&nbsp;</li><li>Proactive</li><li>Passion for the Arts&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to adapt to a wide range of classroom support and management challenges is essential.</li><li>Experience across a number of Art disciplines</li><li>Experience in COSHH and risk assessments is desirable&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Ceramics or Glass is desirable&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>

            <p id="isPasted"><strong>About the Role</strong><br>Working as part of the foundation learning team, you will report to the Programme Manager for ESOL. You may be teaching on a range of accredited and non-accredited courses. The duties for each course will include planning and preparation, marking homework and classwork, and course administration, including monitoring and supporting learners to complete their PLPs. You will also provide advice and information about ESOL courses to a diverse range of learners.</p><p>You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and to maintain high levels of learner satisfaction.</p><p><strong>About You</strong><br>Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and have experience of teaching ESOL/EFL classes. Experience of teaching in an adult learning setting would be an advantage. In addition to qualification-based courses, we also offer skills-based, non-accredited provision; therefore, some knowledge or experience of RARPA would be beneficial.</p><p><br></p>

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Art Technician with a specialism in glass to join our dynamic team and support our Art &amp; Design department.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As an Art Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our art studios and workshops. Your primary focus will be on supporting glass-based activities, including stained glass, kiln formed glass, and other specialist techniques.             <p><u>About the Role</u></p><p>The Business and Accounts department is seeking a Programme Manager. Please note this is a part time role at 0.8 FTE.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looing for an individual with excellent business knowledge and an ability to manage a team of &nbsp;professional accountancy and business tutors at a range of levels. The Programme Manager designs and plans the delivery of courses which stretch and challenge our learners as well as prepare a variety of learning materials, provide guidance to learners on progression options, attend termly meetings and complete course administration.</p><p id="isPasted">You will be a team player managing the Business and Accounting provision within the Richmond Business School, reporting to the Head of Business, Creative and Digital Technology. You will provide line management to established and variable-hours teachers delivering accredited and non-accredited accounting and business provision for adults with a range of skills, needs including those with low skills, intending to progress to work or further training, and those in employment seeking career progression. You will work as part of the management team to achieve high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will ensure that quality targets are achieved, and that the curriculum is current, delivered efficiently and meets industry needs. You will teach an agreed upon number of hours annually, and provide a role model of excellence.&nbsp;</p><p><u>About You</u></p><p>Applicants must hold a Level 5 teaching qualification and have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and some management experience. You are also required to have occupational experience with business or accountancy and be qualified to at least undergraduate level.</p><p>An Assessor and Verifier qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards this qualification.&nbsp;</p>
