            <p id="isPasted"><strong><u>About the Role</u></strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Head of MIS and Funding, the post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the MIS department, ensure the strategic alignment of the MIS function with the organisational goals, oversee reporting, funding planning and data management, and project planning.</p><p>As a member of the college management team, the person appointed will:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead the MIS team in strategic initiatives and daily operations</li><li>Ensure that all data requirements of funding organisations are met. &nbsp;You will provide the Executive team and curriculum managers with accurate information and high-quality reports and ensure that the management team receives strategic insights derived from the reports.</li><li>Coordinate with other department heads to integrate MIS resources effectively</li><li>Ensure that curriculum managers receive accurate and timely management information to aid performance monitoring and contribute to the annual SAR process and Ofsted inspections.</li></ul><p><strong><u>About You</u></strong></p><p>It is essential that you have experience and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of funding methodologies and reporting requirements for relevant funding streams. In addition, you should also possess a detailed understanding of the data requirements to support the annual SAR process and Ofsted inspections.</p><p>Advanced level IT Skills are required (e.g. SQL Server, report writing tools) along with the ability to analyse and present data at strategic and operational levels.</p><p>Experience of managing teams and the skills to provide leadership and support to MIS staff are essential.</p>

            <p>The School of Art &amp; Design at RHACC is seeking an art technician with a specialism in ceramics and glass.</p><p>The School has a long and distinguished history delivering high quality courses to the local community. &nbsp;Courses range from absolute beginner level to advanced practice and are offered across a wide range of subjects. &nbsp;These include ceramics, painting, jewellery, sculpture, glass, fashion and sewing. &nbsp;The College has great art facilities across this range of courses, housed in a dedicated building. &nbsp;Ceramics is one of our most popular areas and we are lucky to have both gas and electric kilns and excellent workshops including a dedicated glazing room.</p><p>This art technician role at RHACC is a general technical support role, but with a specialism in ceramics and glass. &nbsp;You will have experience of hand-building, pottery, glazing etc. and ideally experience of loading and firing kilns - though this is not essential. &nbsp;You will also be responsible for studio organisation, health &amp; safety, stock control and student enquiries.</p>
