            <p id="isPasted"><strong>About the Role</strong><br>Richmond Business School is expanding its Digital and Creative Industries provision and has opened a new, purpose-built digital and creative suites to support learners who want to enter the creative sector, upskill for employment, or develop their freelance/business portfolio.</p><p>We are now recruiting variable hours (hourly-paid) Tutors with current industry expertise in coding/AI development/ Data analytics with familiarity with some or all of the following topics:</p><ul><li>&nbsp;Python (Intro): setup, data types, variables, built-in functions/methods, functions, conditionals, simple program</li><li>Experience teaching data analysis / data science using Python (pandas, basic stats, model concepts) or applied ML awareness</li><li>Technical competence in Python-based neural network training and evaluation&mdash;including train/validation/test splitting, loss/accuracy metrics, gradient descent, hyperparameter tuning, inference, and PyTorch workflows such as using pre-trained models, GPU training scripts, image preprocessing, normalisation, data augmentation, batched data loaders, and saving/loading model checkpoints.</li><li>Teach SQL for data querying and analysis, using real-world datasets and decision-making scenarios.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>The opportunity<br>&nbsp;</strong>You will teach short introductory courses and accredited awards delivered onsite in our specialist suite. Ideally, you will also bring recent or relevant industry experience and can demonstrate a learner-centred approach that stretches and challenges individuals appropriately.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Desirable qualifications and experience<br></strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Level 5 teaching qualification (or equivalent)</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; teaching experience</li><li>Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA/TAAQ or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>If you are not yet fully qualified to teach</strong>&nbsp;<br>Applicants with strong industry experience, some teaching/training experience, and the right approach are welcome. If you do not already hold the required teaching and assessing qualifications, you will need to undertake RHACC&rsquo;s internal teacher training route, typically progressing through:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Level 3 Award in Education and Training</li><li>TAQA Assessor qualification</li><li>Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training</li></ul><p>This pathway is designed to support skilled practitioners to become confident, effective tutors in an adult learning environment.</p>

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Art Technician with a specialism in glass to join our dynamic team and support our Art &amp; Design department.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As an Art Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our art studios and workshops. Your primary focus will be on supporting glass-based activities, including stained glass, kiln formed glass, and other specialist techniques.
