Our Japanese courses attract a wide range of students, including hobbyists, travellers, professionals looking to expand their linguistic skills, and individuals with a personal interest in Japanese language and culture.</p><p>We are looking for a tutor who can inspire and motivate learners of varying abilities, creating engaging and inclusive lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Japanese.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>You will plan and deliver high-quality Japanese language courses that enable learners to develop practical communication skills while gaining an appreciation of Japanese culture, customs, and etiquette.</p><p>Your teaching will focus on creating interactive, student-centred learning experiences with an emphasis on:</p><ul><li>Natural conversation and spoken communication</li><li>Practical vocabulary and everyday language use</li><li>Japanese cultural awareness and etiquette</li><li>Developing learner confidence and fluency</li><li>Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment</li><li>Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>The successful candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Experience teaching Japanese to adult learners</li><li>A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one</li><li>Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese</li><li>Strong knowledge of Japanese culture, traditions, and social etiquette</li><li>The ability to design engaging, learner-focused lesson plans</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>A commitment to inclusive practice and learner success</li></ul><h3>Why Join RHACC?</h3><p>At RHACC, we are passionate about transforming lives through learning.
