            <p id="isPasted">Are you passionate about helping adults develop their English language skills and achieve their personal, educational and career goals? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed <strong>ESOL Tutor</strong> to join our Foundation Learning team at a thriving adult further education college in Richmond upon Thames.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As an ESOL Tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach a range of <strong>ESOL programmes</strong> to adult learners from diverse backgrounds. Working collaboratively within the Foundation Learning team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that enables learners to achieve their full potential.</p><p>You will:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Deliver engaging and inclusive ESOL lessons to adult learners.</li><li>Teach an agreed annual timetable across a range of ESOL courses and levels.</li><li>Assess, monitor and support learner progress, providing high-quality feedback and guidance.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.</li><li>Support positive learner outcomes, achievement and progression.</li><li>Act as a role model for teaching excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum provision.</li><li>Work effectively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding learner experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We are looking for a dedicated and experienced practitioner who is committed to adult education and learner success.</p><p>You will have:</p><ul type="disc"><li>A recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one).</li><li>Proven experience of teaching <strong>ESOL to adult learners</strong>.</li><li>English and Mathematics qualifications at <strong>Level 2 or above</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>The ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.</li><li>A commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>The opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative adult learning environment.</li><li>Motivated learners and a diverse community of students.</li><li>Ongoing professional development opportunities.</li><li>A chance to make a significant impact on learners&#39; lives and futures.</li></ul><p>If you are an inspiring ESOL practitioner with a passion for adult education, we would love to hear from you. &nbsp;Join us and help transform lives through learning.</p>
