The role 

We will assign you to a group of learners depending on your background, experience and qualifications. As part of this role, you will to help prepare resources for the learners and assist the tutor in supporting the learners in the classroom. You will need to take instructions from the class tutor in this role. 

Please note, you must attend team meetings once a term during an academic year for which you will be paid. If you are dependable and interested in this work and have relevant qualifications and experience, please do apply for this role. Please do indicate on your application which subject area you would prefer to support – this may be more than one area. Please indicate your availability – you may be interested in working over a number of days or only available for one day for example. We expect applicants to have a background/experience of teaching or working in a support role. You should also have a minimum of Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
