Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College provides an impressive environment to support learning. We design and deliver courses to meet the needs, interests and abilities of both adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.

The HR Department at RHACC is looking for a volunteer to assist with general administration tasks such as answering emails, logging CVs, data entry (including Excel and Word), filing and photocopying. 

This placement will give the successful applicant the opportunity to learn the key HR administrative duties which come with working in a busy HR office.

Good verbal and written communication is a must along with basic computer skills and the ability to prioritise. 

Previous experience in a customer service role and data entry would be an advantage. 

The working hours and length of placement are negotiable.
