About the Role
Working as part of the foundation learning team, you will report to the Programme Manager for ESOL. You may be teaching on a range of accredited and non-accredited courses. The duties for each course will include planning and preparation, marking homework and classwork, and course administration, including monitoring and supporting learners to complete their PLPs. You will also provide advice and information about ESOL courses to a diverse range of learners.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and to maintain high levels of learner satisfaction.

About You
Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and have experience of teaching ESOL/EFL classes. Experience of teaching in an adult learning setting would be an advantage. In addition to qualification-based courses, we also offer skills-based, non-accredited provision; therefore, some knowledge or experience of RARPA would be beneficial.
