About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our ambitious marketing team at RHACC. In this role, you’ll plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns that promote our courses and events, boost student enrolment, and enhance the College’s online presence. From managing paid social and Google Ads to optimising website content and analysing campaign performance, you’ll be at the forefront of digital strategy—helping us reach new audiences and tell compelling stories about the impact of adult learning.
About You
You’re an experienced digital marketer who’s confident managing campaigns across paid and organic channels, with strong technical skills in SEO, website management, and analytics tools like GA4. You know your way around platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, and you’re comfortable creating engaging content that aligns with brand values. Whether you’re scheduling social media posts or using A/B testing to boost email performance, you're data-informed, detail-oriented, and driven to make a difference. If you want to apply your skills in a purposeful, community-focused environment, this is the role for you.
