We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team at RHACC, a vibrant and inclusive Adult Education College.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming front-of-house service for students, staff, and visitors

  • Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Support the Learner Services team with general administrative tasks linked to the enrolments and admissions process

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the college reception area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 software and experience using an MIS system

  • A positive, helpful attitude and a commitment to adult education
