About the Role

Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College is based in Richmond, Surrey, close to the High Street and Richmond Green.  We offer a wide range of courses to adults in the local community and beyond. 


This role is suitable for someone with experience of working as part of a busy team in a customer facing environment, always delivering excellent customer service.  The Learner Services Administrator will support prospective and current learners to access learning through the provision of information, advice and guidance on courses, course requirements and eligibility, to process and manage student course applications and enrolments and to undertake a range of associated administrative duties.


The successful candidate will be required to work on campus on a rota basis on Monday-Thursday between 08:30 - 20:00 and on Friday-Saturday from 09:00 - 17:00.


About You

Do you have strong administrative skills gained through working in a customer focussed workplace?  We are looking to recruit someone with strong administrative experience, who is proficient in MS Office and able to deliver excellent customer service.  This role will involve dealing with internal and external stakeholders face to face, via email and over the phone.
