About the Role
The Art and Design department seeks an experienced and enthusiastic technician to support all areas of our busy Art department. The School has a long and distinguished history delivering high quality courses to the local community. Courses range from absolute beginner level to advanced practice and are offered across a wide range of subjects. These include Ceramics, Painting, Jewellery, Sculpture, Glass, Fashion and Sewing. The College has great Art facilities across this range of courses, housed in a dedicated building. Ceramics is one of our most popular areas and we are lucky to have both gas and electric kilns and excellent workshops including a dedicated glazing room.
About You
Experience across a number of Art disciplines is required and the ability to adapt to a wide range of classroom support and management challenges is essential. Experience in ceramics is desirable.
