About the Role

This is a great opportunity to play a significant part in the college and make a difference every day.


As HR Advisor, you will support the Head of HR and work as part of the HR team to provide a highly quality, business focused, flexible, and operational HR service across the College.


About You

You will be highly organised and a good problem solver.  You will also be expected to demonstrate flexibility in your approach, along with great communication skills.  You will need to be competent using IT and systems and have the ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail whilst meeting deadlines.


You will have had experience as an advisor and knowledge/experience of safer recruitment.  A CIPD qualification or working toward it will be advantageous, as well as previous experience working in HR in an Education setting.
