RHACC is a Specialist Designated Institution for Adult Learning, providing a varied course offer to support the lifelong learning goals of adults.   With daytime, evening, weekend and residential courses across two main campuses and in outreach venues, RHACC is able to meet a broad range of needs, and creates pathways to work and wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager for our Counselling provision, to work with the Director of School to drive up quality and develop the curriculum offer.  The role includes management of a team of variable-hours tutors, and responsibility for learner outcomes and high levels of learner satisfaction.

The successful candidate is likely to have experience of teaching and managing accredited counselling courses, and have good understanding of internal and external quality assurance. The candidate will have good people management skills, and be aware of the latest innovations and practices in the delivery and quality assurance of teaching, learning and assessment.

Appointment to commence: 1st September 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter.
