Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College provide an impressive environment to support learning. We design and deliver courses to meet the needs, interests and abilities of both adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.

We are a further education college for adults, with over 7000 learners. Our main campus is located two minutes from Richmond station, so we are within easy reach of London to suit learners travelling across the city. As well as over 1900 courses, we host an exciting events calendar featuring concerts, drama, lectures, workshops, displays and fairs throughout the year.

We design and deliver courses to meet the needs, interests and abilities of adults from any background who wish to learn in a creative, supportive environment.

We are looking for an experienced Piano Tutor to teach a range of courses from beginning to intermediate. You will have experience of teaching privately or in the school or FE sector, and might also be a practising musician yourself.

This role will mainly be based at our Richmond campus, however there might also be opportunities to teach at our Hillcroft campus in Surbiton. Courses that currently need covering run on a Monday and Tuesday evening from 6.30 - 9.30 pm.

As a Sessional Tutor, you will join our bank of teaching staff and will be offered courses as and when that match your area of expertise. Hours are variable and cover daytimes, evenings and weekends. Part-time Tutors work closely with Programme Managers in the designing, planning and delivering courses which stretch and challenge our learners as well as preparing a variety of learning materials, providing guidance to learners on progression options, attending termly meetings and completing course administration.

Applicants should have or be working towards a certified teaching qualification.

To apply, please download and complete an application form from our website; www.rhacc.ac.uk/jobs and return to hr@rhacc.ac.uk by the above stated closing date for your application to be considered.

Please note that the interviews are expected to be held on Thursday 24th January 2019 in the afternoon, however this may be subject to change if necessary.
