Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College provides an impressive environment to support learning. We design and deliver courses to meet the needs, interests and abilities of both adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.  

As Leaner Data Assistant you will administer the College’s examination process which includes liaising with awarding bodies, organising exams and invigilation, submitting examination papers and notifying students and staff of results. You will also be responsible for the recording of the College’s learner data, ensuring data integrity by implementing College Polices and Procedures.  This role provides administrative support for the College Information Systems including the processing of refunds, credits and transfers as well as assisting with enrolling learners during peak times.

The successful candidate should be qualified to level two in Maths and English, have good IT skills which includes MS Office applications and database management along with excellent verbal and written communication.  Experience of examinations procedures and practices would be an advantage.

We expect to hold the interviews for this role on 31st January 2019 but this may be subject to change should it be necessary.
