RHACC is a Specialist Designated Institution for Adult Learning, providing a varied course offer to support the lifelong learning goals of adults.   With daytime, evening, weekend and residential courses across two main campuses and in outreach venues, RHACC is able to meet a broad range of needs, and creates pathways to work and well-being.

The Richmond Business School at RHACC is seeking a volunteer to help capture the atmosphere of these events. 

Internal Applicants only 

Tasks include: 

  • Taking photographs and short videos at our events
  • Speaking to learners and capturing short spoken audio clips to use as part of podcasts to showcase the student experience and interaction at RHACC
  • Updating the media channels at RHACC and relaying suitable content for the digital marketing

Good verbal and written communication is essential, and the ability to contribute positively to a small team with multiple priorities. This opportunity is suitable with someone who has strong interpersonal skills.

Good photography and multimedia skills and any previous experience in a customer engagement or client facing role are required. The working hours and length of placement are to be negotiated, but it is anticipated that the volunteer will be needed for approximately 1 day a week (hours to be agreed subject to the events calendar).

Students will benefit from being able to take part in realistic work experience for their CV and will receive a reference to help with their future employability prospects. Applicants will be asked to present a brief portfolio of their work to date at the interview.
