About the role:

You will be part of the team managing Richmond Business School provision, and will report to the Head of Business, and Creative and Digital Technology.  You will provide management to established and variable-hours teachers delivering accredited and non-accredited digital and creative technology provision for adults with a range of skills needs, including those with low skills, those intending to progress to work or further training, and those in employment seeking career progression.

You will work as part of the management team to achieve high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will ensure that quality targets are achieved, and that the curriculum is delivered as efficiently as possible. 

You will teach an agreed number of hours annually, and provide a role model of teaching excellence.

 

About you:

You will have a full teaching qualification, and experience of teaching digital technology to adults.  You will have an understanding of the qualification framework, and quality management.

You will have English and maths minimum Level 2 qualifications, and a qualification or industry experience in digital technology
