The role: 

This is an established IAG Advisor role, to provide learners and public enquirers with information, advice and/or guidance about progression routes, careers and courses.  The post holder will deliver group and individual IAG sessions as required, for example Job Clubs, at both sites, and in outreach.  The role will include contacting learners and enquirers via phone, email or class visits as part of project work

Reporting to the Programme Manager for Careers and Employability, you will assist with development of partnerships within the local community, and work collaboratively with a range of colleagues across the college to ensure that learning, work and life opportunities for this learner group are maximised.

You will have experience of delivering IAG services to adults with a range of needs, and a commitment to principles of equality and diversity, and access for all.

About the College
