We are seeking a highly energetic, technically proficient, marketing specialist to provide a market leading marketing and communications function to the college community of 8000 students and 400 staff.  

We are a purpose drive organisation.   Our mission is to empower adults through education.  We have two campuses (Richmond and Surbiton). We have a clearly defined marketing strategy and we now need a dynamic operational leader to implement it and manage the function on a day to day basis.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will provide leadership and guidance to a small professional team. You will have at least two years’ experience in a marketing management role and five years in a full service marketing department ideally in an education or public service setting. We would also expect you to have completed a relevant degree or hold professional qualifications such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Your technical skills should be sharp. You should be able to draft copy for promotions, brief designers, develop ideas and concepts for campaigns that will cut through the noise and reach our target markets. We need someone with exceptional digital marketing skills who can glide between PPC and SEO to email marketing using data and analytics to improve the marketing funnel.
