About the role
Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College is an adult learning provider with a vibrant and wide-ranging offer of courses for adults of all ages and abilities, enabling them to participate in learning for work, life and improve their wellbeing.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Programme Manager (SEND). In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the curriculum meets the needs of adult learners of all abilities and backgrounds, enabling them to achieve their work and wellbeing goals. You will work with the existing Programme Manager and the Head of Foundation Learning to provide leadership and management to the curriculum and teaching team. You will also oversee the implementation of appropriate support systems to help learners reach their full potential and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
About you
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Curriculum Manager and Teacher who is passionate about inclusion and can shape the curriculum offer for SEND adults to provide routes to work, wellbeing and greater independence.
