We are looking to appoint an ambitious Facilities and Estates Team Leader to join our growing department.

This new role will deliver excellent customer service to our community of learners by coordinating the day-to-day caretaking duties including helpdesk, room set ups and maintenance.  This person will also support the Estates & Facilities Manager with statutory and planned maintenance for our two campuses.

You will have experience of supervising a small estates/facilities team and hold relevant health & safety qualifications.

You should be organised and adaptable, have great people skills, a problem solver and have a track record of delivering quality results through an engaged team.

•    IOSH – Managing Safely

•    Relevant Fire Marshal Qualification

•    First Aid at Wok

•    Good understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH, risk assessment principles


•    Maintaining planned maintenance schedules (PPM) 

•    Managing helpdesk functions and allocating jobs

•    Managing of in-house engineers/caretakers

•    Experience of Soft & Hard FM services

•    Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people including students, staff, contractors and other stakeholders.
